Simon joined Thea Open Innovation as a Market Business Analyst in April 2022. He oversees Market evaluation and Forecast consolidation for projects under assessment within the team. For this, He works closely with KOL to foresee the future trends and to ensure projects interest for professionals and patients.

Simon started his career in 2018 within EssilorLuxottica headquarter. As part of the Strategic Marketing team, he first worked as Brand Manager for one of the Essilor Brands (Crizal). Then he joined the Business Analytics team to work on Brands & Innovations analysis, as well as the monitoring of the group’s priorities (Myopia, Presbyopia, …).

Simon holds a European Master in Management (MSc), delivered jointly by three recognized management school: emlyon business school (France), Ludwig Maximilian Universität (Germany) & Lancaster University Management School (United Kingdom), he is specialized in corporate development.
